Supervisory Responsibilities:
Training Staff: Able to train new staff with all types of drinks from the menus given
Organizes and oversees the staff schedules, rosters
Work closely with the manager in maintaining an excellent work environment for all staffs
Mentor or coach staff to company guidelines
Duties Responsibilities:
Oversees all bar preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling and hygiene standards
Mix traditional and creative cocktails, coffee and other drinks
Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic & courteous manner
Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
Manages inventory and purchases food and beverage supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service
Clean glasses and bar utensils
Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
Able to give input for new cocktail promotions, menus & staff training updates if and when required
Performs other duties as assigned

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with food & beverage handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (word/ excel)
Previous restaurant experience required; 2 years experience preferred
