Job Description
Deliver multiple projects effectively (from onboarding to ongoing execution): closely monitor performance of projects, responsible for quality and output of internal team problem solving, discussing weekly/ monthly/ end-of-project performance review with clients
Participate throughout the end-to-end client serving process: from 1st client meeting to proposal, pitching, on-boarding, and execution.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the internal team and clients.
Monitor the project team to ensure the project is going well.
Prepare monthly reports on account status on a timely basis.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Developing a technical understanding of our clients&039; product offering and roles.
Develop well-researched marketing plans/proposals for clients
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients on
account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and employees.
Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9h00 to 18h00
Address: Ho Hao Hon, District 1, HCMC.
Experiences & Qualifications
Min 1+ years past work experience as an Account Executive,
Sales Executive or equivalent at agency company.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or relevant fields.
Skills & Abilities
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
MS Office Suite.
Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well.
In-depth knowledge of the Marketing industry.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders about the local and global markets and challenges/opportunities.
General social awareness about but not limited to economic growth, consumers, culture, ect.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Solid understanding of business objectives and ability to translate from business objectives to digital KPIs.
A strong personal interest in &039;Marketing&039;.
Detailed-oriented, proactive, patient, good at arranging and following procedures & solving problems.
Confident and have the ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
