- Monitoring to maintain relationships and expand business with the company's Key customers.
- Solve problems in daily work with customers and operation depts.
- Coordinate with internal depts smoothly and establish good relationships with external partners such as shipping lines, airlines, and trucking companies..
- Maintaining, and developing the relationship and business with the company's Key customers.
- Seeking and developing new Key Customers
- Compliance assurance and operational efficiency
- Ensure accuracy in pricing (Approve pricing before starting a business) and Operational Efficiency
- Coordinate with related departments (CS, OPS, LOG, ACC) to ensure timely information.
- Create goods cooperation with branch offices for sales activities.
- Make a support/backup system in the team.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from College or University in Foreign Trade, Import Export, Logistics, SCM, Customs, Economics, or related major.
- Having experience working as an intern in a logistics/forwarding company. Priority is given to have 1 - 2 years of experience as a key account executive/Sales Support/Customer services or similar in forwarding/logistics companies.
- Good at English for 4 skills, priority is given to having a good Chinese equal HSK5.
