About the role
We are looking for a Senior
Digital Marketing Executive to manage and join our Growth team.
To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with
digital marketing tools, be versatile with data-driven decision-making, and "always be testing" creative ideas.
Ultimately, you will help us drive more prospective leads as well as maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
How you will add value and be successful (Responsibility)
Content Development:
Generate ideas to increase customer engagement to CoderSchool channels system (Website, Email Automation, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Newsletter, Blogs)
Explore ideas and write engaging and insightful content in line with brand identity
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
Create social content creation monthly/ quarterly/ monthly
Digital Development & Management
Execute tasks include planning, tracking, and analyzing the different marketing channels and campaigns
Prepare and allocate monthly budget to paid channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Manage/ Monitor Google Analytic, Google Ads, Facebook Ads with the agency
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
Vendors/Agencies management

Demonstrable experience in managing mixed marketing channels across earned, owned, and paid media channels
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking,
project management, and execution skills to manage a cross-functional team
Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. Mailchimp, PipeDrive, HubSpot) and data tools (Excel, Google Data Studio) is a plus
Having an open-minded mindset, always be learning attitude
Creative and design sensibility with strong customer-focused mindset
Minimum Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
Having at least 3 years of experience in the Marketing field, experience in Technology, SaaS, Ed-Tech industry is a plus
A startup or new product experience is desired, but not required
Ability to write and converse well in Vietnamese and English
