JOB DESCRIPTIONS
At Yes4all, we aim to triple our global growth this year. To support this goal, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Performance Marketing Executive to join our fun and fast-paced environment. This individual will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day performance marketing initiatives across different marketplaces.
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns on the Amazon platform using data-driven insights
Optimize campaigns for search engines through effective SEO, SEM tactics
Manage budgets, supervise search operations, and optimize bids for performance marketing initiatives to ensure maximum ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, content, sales to ensure campaign success.
Regularly analyze performance and make recommendations for improvement
Accurately report campaign performance to line managers
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new strategies for continuous improvement
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and sales growth
Demonstrate a love of learning, sharing, teamwork, and personal development.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce
Experience in performance marketing, specifically with E-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Tiktok shop, ...) and knowledge of SEO
Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions using data
Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio
Proficient in SEO and SEM tactics and able to create effective performance marketing plans
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization
Good English and comfortable interacting in a multinational team.
Will be plus:
Experience with Amazon advertising platforms and tools (e.g. Amazon PPC, Amazon DSP)
Experience with e-commerce/social commerce platforms such as Amazon, or Walmart/Target/Tik Tok, ... and so on.
Passion for sports and sport-related products.
