Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa is a member of Victoria Hotels & Resorts and was opened in April 2001. Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa is situated 5 km from the ancient town of Hoi An, one side of the resort facing the river delta and the other side facing the ocean. Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa features 109 rooms with a beautiful, landscaped gardens. The resort has the following facilities:
L'Annam Restaurant with 160 seats: Overlooking the sea, offers International and local Vietnamese cuisine with freshly caught seafood specialties
Three bars: Faifo Bar, Cham Bar for drinks and snacks and Elephant Bar
Relax at the large open-air swimming pool
Health club with Fitness Center, Beauty Salon, Sauna Massage, Jacuzzi & Steam bath.

We also provide sightseeing tour services and water sports: kayaking, winds surfing and body boards for guests. We have unique side cars for guests to experience with tours available from 1 to 5 hours duration and we also provide a free shuttle bus into town.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical responsibilities
Responsible for promoting sales activities to increase Sales and guest's satisfaction for VHA (including Victoria Website in Korean)
Maintain and expand Korean customers network.
Professionally handle guests' inquiries / hobbies / complaints and ensure that issues / concerns are followed up promptly and thoroughly.
Welcome guests during check-in and giving a farewell to guest while check-out.
Mainly based at lobby area inclusive of guests' public areas in ensuring that guests will be enhanced memorable experiences.
Constantly evaluate and identify opportunities to generate more values and revenue for the property while matching the guest experience (upgrades, Spa, tours, F&B)
Actively interact with guests and providing pro-active guidance during their stay
Assist relevant departments when applicable, in maintaining excellent customer services and aspects.
Ensure all areas and all equipment / assets are cleaned and maintained to ensure guests and employees' safety and comfort.
Audit transportation services offered during tours or transfers.
Maintain a balance between company policies and guest benefits by handling the issues / concerns in the best goodwill from the Management.
Oversee and raise the guests' feedback through online travel communities such as Trip Advisor, Agoda etc.
Other relevant duties as assigned by the Management team.
Administrative and legal responsibilities
Use / Manage the Trust you System to correspond with guests' feedback - analyze and report the customer satisfaction during the HOD meetings for isolation or/and improvement actions.
Compile and generate monthly reports as they relate to customer satisfaction surveys.
Human resource responsibilities
Share, coach and train front of house staffs by leading as an example and train Korean language as much as possible.
Commercial responsibilities
Achieve budgeted room nights and achieve function contribution for the sales department.
Introduce the hotel services available in the hotel, all promotion programs, sell and up-sell the hotel service to arrival guests and in-house guests.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
· College graduated in Tourism or in related field preferred
Skills
· 01 year experience in sales role in international hotels & resorts
· Language skills: speaking and writing English and Korean fluently (Native Korean)
· Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
· Clear & effective communication
· Effective time management
Attitude
· Sociable, pleasant personality, well organized
· Customer oriented and result oriented
· Can do attitude
