Job Description
1. Managing and sustaining deburring process (Mass finishing process) (40%)
• Responsible for solving daily process problems (safety, quality, delivery, cost)
• Investigate and understand process relevant parameters by designing and executing experiments
• Responsible for proof of short and long term capability (Cmk, Cpk)
• Responsible for process related FMEA and control plan content
• Create standard and provide training to operator
• Define, prescribe in process data sheet and enforce process parameters
• Control spare part and consumable related to process
2. Improvement activity (40%)
• Supervise and optimize manufacturing processes to stabilize process
• Define and implement
continuous improvement in scope of safety, quality, delivery and cost
• Release new MAE (machine and equipment) and new product with role of process lead
• Conducting investment to upgrade or modify machine, process to meet higher quality requirement
3. Support and collaboration (20%)
• Cooperate with BPS (Bosch production system) coordinator in BPS maturity improvement
• Support production team to achieve targets of department
• Responsible to interface with internal associates and supplier representatives as required to complete assigned projects
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and logistic team in case of trouble-shooting
4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
EDUCATION BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCES
• Bachelor of Engineering (preferred majors in material technology, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
• 1 - 3 years in manufacturing plant (process management/
production engineering is preferred)
• Prior experience working in multinational corporations
TRAITS & SKILLS
• Good command of English
• Result oriented (safety, quality, delivery, cost)
• Accountability (showing ownership, proactiveness)
• Risk mitigation (FMEA, process review based on failure mode - PRBFM)
• Problem solving
• Writing report and data analysis with statistic tools (Histogram, distribution model, control chart...)
• Project and task management
• Process management and continuous improvement (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI...)

Communication, report and presentation skill
• Good team player
