    Mô tả công việc
    1. Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
    2. Provide support as needed to sales team during the pre-sales phase until such time a sale is won.
    3. Liaising with those developing HRMS products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to clients - and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like to make.
    4. Helping the sales team to reach targets and support for sales pitching.
    5. Conducting research study into the industry.
    6. Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc.
    7. Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
    8. Continuously and proactively learn (and be familiar) with the BIPO's HRMS products and relevant services updates to ensure effective sales pitching and client services.
    9. Shall serve as the subject matter expert of BIPO HRMS family suite and responsible for technical solutions.
    10. Attend post implementation support activities as needed and provide expert resolution to issues or concerns raised by the customer/s.
    11. Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
    Yêu cầu công việc
    • Previous experience working within a technical presales position would be a strong advantage.
    • Must be a subject matter expert with HR software system experience.
    • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
    • Possess presentation skills and problem-solving ability.
    • Must be fluent in English & Vietnamese communication.
