JOB DESCRIPTION
Respond to customer requests and inquiries via emails, live chat, messages, and outbound calls as needed.
Analyze customer requirements in order to improve
customer relationships and experiences.
Collect customer feedback from various sources, such as surveys.
Determine risks associated with various approaches to business process change.
Implement business process improvement solutions to ensure the efficiency of
customer service operations.
Give suggestions for how to improve processes.
In the system, record customer requests and follow-up actions.
Assist in the implementation of customer service channels and solutions for dealing with customer issues.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
POD customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent English listening, writing, and reading skills; excellent problem-solving abilities
Excellent
communication and negotiating skills
