• Assessment of client needs and design of services to accommodate these.
• Preparation of quotations and tender documents for private and public projects.
• Responsibility for researching, drafting, editing and proofreading market studies.
• Set up and execution of events such as workshops and symposiums for larger audiences.
• Accompaniment of clients and delegation trips over several days.
• Extensive, self-guided communication about project progression with foreign, mostly German, clients.
• Communication and networking with Vietnamese and German public entities, associations and companies regarding meetings, project support etc.
Skills and qualifications
• Creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet, word processing, email software programs, online tools for design.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting data.
• Advanced time management and organizational skills.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, media, or related field.
• Language:
o Vietnamese: To effectively communicate with Vietnamese stakeholders, native skills of this language are a must.
o German: Because clients of most projects are from Germany, project documents and communication are typically done in German language. Hence, an excellent command is crucial.
o English: As some clients are non-German, an excellent command of English is necessary.
• Experience in working for German and/or international companies is a plus.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to travel as needed.
