The role
This is a contract opportunity for an experienced and self-directed team member who will be working directly with our
managing director.
We are seeking a data entry professional with excellent English language communication skills who can support our Australian-based business with accurate and timely data entry of patient, clinician, and treatment information across our databases as we provide care Australia-wide.
The role will initially be a work-from-home opportunity until our office is established in Ho Chi Minh City later this year.
Remuneration
Remuneration is negotiable subject to the experience of the candidate in the
range of $900 USD to $1,100 USD per month. An allowance will be provided for internet connectivity and computer system software.
What we are looking for
• Accuracy and speed in typing
• Experience with data entry
• High level of computer literacy
• Database maintenance and data analysis
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills
Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
• Committed, available, helpful and professional with a can-do attitude
• At least 3 years experience in data entry
• University-qualified, preferably in IT or information systems
• A whiz in Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
• Professional manner and excellent English-language communication skills communication skills
• Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
• An ability to solve problems and facilitate change
• Outstanding verbal and written
English communications skills
• Initiative and a strong work ethic
• A clear understanding of discretion, respect and awareness of confidential information
• Naturally, you will also possess sound listening skills and a positive resilient personality
Desirable criteria
Candidates with experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
• Prior work experience in a healthcare setting
