JOB DESCRIPTION
Administration
- Maintains the Daily Log Book.
- Reports "Lost and Found" items.
Customer Service
- Delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
- Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
- Be familiar with the hotel's products and services and policies.
- Mange the registration process to confirm guest information, acknowledge preferences as noted, provide guest with room keys and offer luggage assistance.
- Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and
efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Personally and frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best possible service
during check-in and check-out.
- Ensures that guest history records are accurately maintained and all repeat guests are
pre-registered.
- Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to
financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the
timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
Operational
- Ensures the strict control of room keys.
- Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are
implemented.
- Prepares welcome cards and keys for arrival FIT guests.
- Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
- Exercises responsible behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel team and
Hyatt International.
- Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant representatives from competitor
hotels, business partners and other organizations.
- Have an understanding of and adhere to the
hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to
computer resources, fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Responds to changes in the Front Office function as dictated by the industry, company
and hotel.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Excellent in English, problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Minimum 6 months of experiences at the similar position or perform excellent service skills throughout the internship in 5-star hotels.
- Candidates who can speak one out of three languages: Chinese, Korean, Japanese at the intermediate/advanced level will be highly preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
- Records and controls accurately wake up calls.
- Pages guests in cooperation with concerned departments.
- Records all entries on traffic sheets.
- Assists guests with international calls and directory queries.
- Abides by principles of guest privacy.
- Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Guest Service Center
Supervisor.
- Report on logbook daily.
- Bill call costs.
- Aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.
- Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such
as fire, bomb scare and other critical situations.
- Advises defects on switchboard equipment to Supervisor.
- Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly.
- Maintains detailed knowledge on the Emergency Response Team and workings of the
telephone room in this regard. Conversant with emergency evacuation and fire procedures for relevant department.
- Takes room service orders and accurately enters them into the POS system..
- Support Reception tasks when needed.
- Perform any other task assigned based on the hotel's needs or
requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Excellent in English, problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
