- Coordinate with HR and AM to arrange Teacher schedule, including Native Teacher, for all Centers ensuring that the percentage of teaching hours of Teacher full time/ part time in line with center effectiveness.

Highest retention rate / Lowest drop rate
- Ensuring the quality of teaching job and customer satisfaction to minimize drop ratio.
- At all times, Head Teacher needs to meet the ratio of retention at least 70% for all Center.
Ensure customer service of high quality to new students and current students.
- Taking care carefully of every customer of Rise (from Potential- Student to Current Student) to achieve 95% of satisfaction to Rise product and service.
- Teacher will support CC and deliver good consultant to parents and demo to new students.
- Being punctual all the time.
- On- time and accurate report and Admin jobs.
- Ensure the Academic quality, under management, of all Center including class quality, teacher quality, academic service quality (parent&039;s engagement, parent&039;s meeting, parent&039;s academic satisfaction).
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to increase customer service and teaching quality of Rise
- Teacher needs to understand strength and unique point of Rise products.
Report and Admin
- 100% participating in teaching workshops/ demo/ events to consult customers in terms of Sales Service.
- Reports containing full analysis and actions planned/ taken are submitted according to timelines set by the line manager.
- Professional attitude to represent Rise images.

- Support and work with
Academic Manager to build up RISE new products/ RISE seasoned products and contribute ideas, creativeness in term of products.
- Training new and current Teachers, ensuring the training schedule in accordance with the training pathway in terms of timeline and teaching quality.
Academic Project Participation.
- Support Academic Manager in teamworks and operation for the entire system and new centers.
Other tasks assigned by Academic Manager.
-University graduate. Having international teaching certificates is a plus.
- Excellent English capability. Perfect pronunciation.
- Having 1 - 2 years of working as a teacher or doing teaching jobs before as coach, intern, student assistant, academic support.
- Love working with children, having the ability to motivate children.
- Good dealing with complaints and feedback, proactive problem solving.
- Calm, creative, professional attitude, punctual and high discipline people.
- Very proactive people.
- Good communication, excellent team player.
- Fast learning and understanding; Good handle multiple assignments effectively at one time.
- High responsibility and honesty.
