Talent Brand is seeking a qualified account executive to manage client accounts and
facilitate the exchange of information from the time a client first initiates a request until
that project is live and the results are collated. An ideal candidate will be trusted to
quickly grasp each client's goals and make use of the resources of our team to build the
most effective project.
Key Responsibilities
● Explore new scope from current clients and new business opportunities, pitch
proposals to potential clients.
● Manage project execution, work with internal team to pursue client's agenda with
their insight and passion in standard quality.
● Contact and manage suppliers in case of necessary for running campaign.
● Take responsibility from project briefing to planning and presenting to clients.
● Prepare contract and the liquidation and acceptance, as well as manage payments from clients.
● Review all outputs to make sure they meet cost/schedule/quality requirements from clients and give feedback accurately to team members.
● Making report to reflect project progress including risks, benefits, and KPIs achievement to Clients and the company.
Skills and Qualifications
● Other tasks assigned by the
Account Manager.
● Min 1-2 years of experience.
● Positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem-solving skills, trend updating.
● Teamwork, calm, eager to learn, high responsibility, ability to work under pressure,
project management, and
customer care skills.
● Excellent in communication skills (English & Vietnamese).
