Responsible to follow hotel Rules and Regulations and all operational procedures of the Front Office department.
Greets and registers guests, provide prompt, courteous services and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, provides information regarding hotel facilities and guest accommodation to meet hotel
international's high standards of quality.
Maintain a friendly, neat and professional image to guests and colleagues.
Performs any duties related to the department and assists other departments whenever necessary.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good command of spoken and written English with strong computer skills.
- Experience in same position and experience using OPERA hotel system is an advantage.
- Long-term career orientation with the hotel
