1. For cross-country/cross-departmental work partners, multi-task management for project promotion and landing requires remote working ability and excellent
project management skills;
2. Have a rich knowledge reserve and systematic understanding of the Southeast Asian e-commerce market, logistics industry and regional markets, be able to keenly capture industry trends, and apply industry understanding to the formation and optimization of solutions to ensure business competitiveness;
3. Responsible for business negotiation and contract management of business partners and suppliers, manage the ecosystem and life cycle of overseas partners, improve the operational capabilities of different types of partners, and realize the benign replacement of partners;
4. Manage and evaluate overseas
customs clearance CPs, including KPI assessment and cost control of
customs brokers, supervise and manage whether overseas customs brokers meet the requirements of local customs and other entry and exit laws and regulations, and whether they have an impact on the company's reputation or interests;
5. Represent the company in handling various matters with local customs and other entry and exit management departments;
6. Complete daily and weekly customs clearance reports in a timely manner, including normal and abnormal customs clearance monitoring and handling;
7. Plan local customs clearance ports, including the management of customs affairs projects, and continuously optimize overseas customs clearance solutions;
8. Cooperate with the headquarters to build and improve the cross-border customs and logistics system.
