- To manage all activities of warehouse to ensure warehouse operations comply with GSP, GDP regulation, quality requirements, safety guidelines and other company policies, as well as current local regulation.
- To manage the warehouse operation, meet the business progress.

- Responsible for all day-to-day warehouse operations. Control operation: receiving, pick, pack, dispatch and re-packaging follow the SOP.
- Control product status on a computerized system within the scope of authorization
- Manage the stock taking, ensuring inventory is always accurate
- Participate in drafting and reviewing processes related to warehouse operations
- Train staff in standard operating procedures related to warehouse operations and control their performance
- Report irregularities, deviations, damages or shortages
- Ensure compliance with regulations in all situations unless approved by an authorized person
- Ensure goods are properly stored in appropriate conditions
- Maintain stable and clean warehouse operations
- Maintain all equipment, devices and tools of the warehouse in normal operation
- Ensure proper implementation of pest control plan and control using chemical
- Coordinate to investigate customer complaints regarding warehouse's operations
- Manage the transportation of goods to meet the import and delivery requirements of the distribution center and transport efficiency
- Plan and control transportation costs, cost related to warehouse operation in line with the approved budget
- Perform self-inspection when findings are found, thereby coordinating to propose and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Receive automatic alerts via phone messages when there is a deviation in storage conditions in the warehouse and coordinate subsequent related actions in protecting product quality
- Manage activities related to order fulfillment (invoices, deliveries, etc.), ensuring compliance with current processes and global guidelines
- Acting as a representative of the warehouse participating in related projects./
- Acting as a warehouse representative to participate in the preparation and reception of Global/ local inspections.
- Responsible for following all HSE guidelines and policies requested by the Group as well as contributing to the achievement of the HSE objectives
- Assuring compliance with the road safety program for driving employees under her supervision
- Monitor all activities of warehouse to ensure comply with HSE, Security regulation

• Education background: Diploma or Vocational Degree
• Experience: Working for at least 5 years in a same role in big MNC of FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experiences in using SAP & WMS
• Fluently in English in both oral & written.
• Strong at people management, performance management, stock & asset management
• Good understanding about HSE in Warehouse operations.
