    Mô tả công việc
    • Establish and implement purchasing policies, procedures and best practices. Monitor ongoing compliance with these policies and procedures.
    • Direct procurement transactions to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints.
    • Identify and source new suppliers; Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability; Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
    • Work with internal departments to verify specification and manage goods requirements
    • Supervise price negotiation and reduce purchase variances to meet profit objectives
    • Deal with daily troubles regarding budget constraints, price negotiation, delivery concerns, quality problem...
    • Approve purchase orders for proper authorization and compliance with organizational policy and procedures.
    • Review, negotiate and administer purchasing agreements and contracts with suppliers; Evaluate contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
    • Produce regular Purchasing reports to evaluate purchase quality, costs and delivery performance.
    • Manage, coach, develop and motivate purchasing staff.
    Yêu cầu
    • Bachelor degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration.
    • At least 10-year experience in purchasing and procurement sector.
    • Strong leadership capacities with at least 3-year experience in management level.
    • Strong working knowledge of project bidding, project management principles and practices.
    • Knowledgeable of laws and regulations relating to procurement and contracts.
    • Interest in market dynamics along with business sense.
    • Understanding Oracle and ERP systems is a plus.
    • High competency level in MS Office applications.
    • Excellent in communication skills, negotiating skills and problem-solving skills .
    • High spirit of team work and results-orientated.
    • Good networking skills, planning and organizational skills.
    • Ability to pay attention to detail.
