PLANNING
To liaise with authorities to get approval for implementing marketing activities (promotion, sampling campaigns...)
Responsible for planning trade promotion campaign in accordance with Company strategies & guidelines and within advertising & promotion budget as well as marketing plan
To work side-by-side with
Sales Department in developing product display, merchandising & point of sales materials and selling tool
Others: assigned by line manager
To conduct market research projects both through external parties as well as own observations during field visits
Making detail plan base on master plan about: POSM, activation, sponsor...of supermarkets and CVS channel in nationwide
To develop and implement the promotion plan for the assigned product within marketing budget
To perform other related-duties as assigned - exhibition...
To manage POSM quantity
To monitor and analyze sell- out and sell- in data per region/team weekly to ensure the smooth implementation and successful execution of brand programs
To contact with suppliers/HO for getting quotation, mock-up...

• Review sale of each system, each store to timely adjust the plan.
• Weekly tracking work progress and push sales plan.
SALES MANAGEMENT
• Support solution solving challenge & brands issue.
• Evaluation market development & planning expand market share.
