Business consultants are responsible for communicating with customers, partners and internally to develop individual ideas and needs into comprehensive solutions to address specific business needs of customers.
• The business consultant is responsible for presenting the solution&039;s technology responsiveness and business processing capacity to customers. Through analyzing the compatibility between the capabilities of the solution and the business needs of the customer, the business consultant proposes the solution model, the stages of solution implementation, and the integrated technologies.

Responsibilities:
• Read and understand customer&039;s business documents, partner&039;s solution documents and analyze and connect them into operational flows, business operations, operations management and form a portrait of the proposed business solution for the customer.
• Participate in solution training courses of partner firms.
• Organize training, introduce solutions for sales team.
• Coordinate with partners to organize workshops to introduce solutions to customers.
• Join forums, seminars to update knowledge for consulting activities.
• Provide documentation or support to the
technical architecture team on the changing requirements of specific systems required by the customer.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, internally to develop documents and offer solutions to customers.
• Control the documents of the solution offer to respond to the bid to the customer, including the overall proposal of the solution (solution components, project scope, implementation time, implementation service) and other documents. demonstrate solution capacity (technical, business, service).
• Manage, arrange tasks and organize action plans according to Eisenhower Box.
• Collect information, analyze, and plan to introduce solutions, present proposals to customers.
• Participate in capacity assessment of new solutions and new partners.
• Ability or experience in consulting solutions, can analyze to understand the current context, analyze challenges and opportunities for each customer.
• Collaborate with partners to develop solution documents, manage demo tools to introduce solutions to different customer groups.
• Listen, fully collect customer needs on all communication channels, analyze information and proactively take specific actions or flexibly adjust the project approach plan to shape and solve specific needs of each business unit or client&039;s project department according to the required progress.
• Actively update information on professions and technologies for consulting activities.
• Inherit the add-on solutions or out-of-the-box functionalites of the current or previous solution package to accommodate new business requirements whenever possible.
• Participate in dedicated projects at a certain time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and quality manner.
Requirements:
• Experience in Salesforce CRM/RPA is an advantage.
• Experience in consulting solutions or working in business analysis positions, implementing software projects for organizations is an advantage.
• Graduated from university majoring in economics and
information technology.
• Active, positive thinking.
• Having the ability to think analytically and logically, good system thinking is a plus.
• Having experience or knowledge about CRM/RPA products of solution providers is an advantage.
• Collaborate with partners to present, demo or POC solutions directly or online to customers.
• Good communication skills, reading and understanding documents in English and proficient in writing solution proposals in English.
• Ability or experience in project coordination, project management.
• Having communication skills, presentation skills, leading and handling situations reasonably.
• Ability to work alone and in groups as a member of a project to solve business and technical problems.
