Mô tả công việc
• Manage and update the internal database on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
• Achieve the recruitment KPIs.
• Work along with the Recruitment team to identify and recruit passive candidates, by using different sourcing strategies.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by/ shared with the Leader or Supervisor.
• Create a weekly recruitment report.
• Be active and creative in sourcing on many channels if possible (recruitment websites, social networks, groups, forums, career fairs etc.).
• Work with the team to implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates.
• Propose and implement a recruitment plan based on recruitment needs.
• Focus mainly on sourcing suitable candidates.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, self-disciplined and open mindset person; highly responsible;
• Strong
communication skills, soft skills, negotiation;
• Knowledge of how to treat and keep in contact well with partners or potential candidates;
• Good understanding of the recruitment process;
• English is a plus.
• Ability to organize and arrange the work proficiently;
• Familiar to exploit recruitment websites or social networks to look for & find talented candidates, interesting profiles;
• Owning a good database or pipeline of IT profiles;
• At least 6 months+ of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition in the IT field;
