Job Purpose:
To work with relevant teams or suppliers, using specialized types implementing IT systems that meet the set business requirements. This could include a variety of information, from financial numbers to retail operations, system utilities, etc.
To support IT System
Development Manager in discharging his/her duties and responsibilities on the users' requirements on software development/ enhancement.
Job accountabilities:
To provide guideline documents for the IT System Development Support team to support users using the system daily
To make development plan and maintenance of IT systems.
To supervise the IT Development System developers in providing IT systems to tackle issues arise from the day-to-day Operations
To support day-to-day users related to IT systems
To manage and develop in-house application.
To supervise the operations of the IT Systems.
To work with end-users/relevant department to get project requirements analysis ability, workflow chart and diagram preparation using knowledge of computer capabilities, programming language, and logic.
To study on new technologies for applying into Retail's IT systems.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education, Training & Certification: a minimum of a four-year BA/MBA degree in a related field and relevant experience, as follows:
Minimum of 1 years' experience as an Assistant IT System Manager or level of team leader.
Hands-on experience in relational database design, transactional SQL and DBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL)
Certifications: Advanced education and certifications are required to work as an Information System field or related desired.
Capable of English speaking, writing and listening skills
Good knowledge and rich experience in Retail, Ecommerce
Education: A bachelor&039;s degree in
information technology or computer science
Hands-on experience with development in scripting languages: shell, python, perl...
Knowledge of Oracle ERP/ CRM is a plus
Analytical, problem-solving ability.
Handson experience with development of DB related tooling: deployment, monitoring...
5+ years of practical experience dealing with IT systems with direct contact with application users operation experience and systems administration.
