Description & Principal Purpose
Reporting to Head of
Supply Chain Management, SEA is responsible for overseeing the following:
- Management Reports & SC Improvement Projects
- Order Fulfilment Team
- Customs Management
- Transport (Import/Export) Management
- Warehouse & Inventory Management
Local Office: HCMC/Jarkata

- CPO performance
- Freight Forwarder & Customs KPI
- Cost Savings KPI
Education
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience
• Experienced in
customer service and/or ordering fulfilment
• Experienced in managing
customs clearance, local transportation, international shipping for inbound and outbound
• Experienced in managing 3PL relationship and 3PL performance evaluation.
• Strong knowledge in SAP SDMM and MS Office applications
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in logistics & transporation management, and order processing & customer service management. At least 3 years of supervisory experience
