Main Responsibilities
making strategy based on market analysis and customer&039;s requirement to develop new business.
Responsible for research, analytics, and track cosmetics market trends both locally and internationally,
and utilize the databases to be guideline for a strategy & product proposal road map for SEA market,
Company Product Proposal
- Work closely with R&D to prepare product sample and efficacy test based on Product Proposal Presentation.
- Manage team to deliver qualified proposal to each clients and meet company strategy.
- Create a yearly strategy road map for INNOVATION DAY, Seasonal PT (Trend + Product Presentation).
- Conduct a presentation to customer.
Customer Proposal
- Find trend per category as per customer request.
- Conduct a presentation to customer.
- Create product concept, prepare sample and do summary selling points to present each customer.
Market Visit & Data Analytics
- Utilize various market research databases to compile competitive analysis; share out summaries and key findings to all related teams.
- Involve coming up with the strategy based on the collected data, the collection method, and factors being analyzed.
- Identify category and product trends, based on market research, industry seminars/conferences, NPD data and vendor visits.
- Set up objective and Market Visit Plan.
Beauty Exhibition
- Set up strategy what innovation product / PKG to be shown in the exhibition and align information to all related team.
Report
- Quarterly and yearly report
Others sales tasks as and when assigned by
Sales and Marketing Director.
- Requires creativity and thorough knowledge in all areas of
product development including the ability to conceptualize, develop and implement innovative product development programs.
- Excellent command in English and Vietnamese.
- Cosmetic Ingredient and Formulation Knowledge.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant marketing and product development work experience in the beauty/cosmetic branding and
product marketing such as cosmetic and/or personal care development management.
- Experience or course work developing detailed analysis, presentations and support material to successfully implement a project, strategy and/or change initiative.
- Ability to think strategically about brand development as well as product development in order to propose strong ideas relevant for the brands in today's marketplace
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Graphic is preferable.
- Vietnamese Nationality Age over 30 years old.
