MISSION STATEMENT
To act as service department by providing up to date and accurate Display guidance principle; import edible dry food Plano gram; signage guidelines and communication needs in a timely manner according to Approved Principles.
ROLE
Advise buying departments where pack size changes can improve offer.
Coordinates special event/promotion between Space Planner/
Communication manager/ buying and Sales manager for final approval.
Follow up on merchandise up dates/projects
Ensure timely implantation of new / revised layouts; import edible dry food Plano-grams; display guidance principles; signage guidelines and merchandise communication
To manage space planning team, with initial specific responsibilities for the development of import edible dry food Plan-o-grams; stores layout; signage's and merchandise communication.
Using space planning tool and the goods management system, provide analytical data on sales/ profit/ units for buyers and stores.
Assist fitting dept. in developing new fixtures and display methods

Ensure the communication to stores/buying about implementation of approved events/promotion with all details (display guidance/signage) on time.
Liaise and guide stores on implantation of new / updated layouts; import edible dry food Plano- o-grams; display guidance principles; signage guidelines; special events and merchandise communication.
