* Overall Description: To actively drive the Conversion and Renewal of Maintenance Service Contracts to ensure profitability and a substantial growth of the maintenance portfolio of the assigned area
* Report to EI Area Manager
* Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction "Be preferred E&E Service Provider":
• In cooperation with the Operation team to maintain and enhance a good
customer relationship to understand their needs and expectations.
• Proactive care calls to customers or meeting them in person to enhance the relationship. Do not wait for the contract expiry and call/ meet.
- Portfolio management:
• Proactively approach lost contracts for Recovery
• Ensure the SAP data is adequately and accurately maintained and updated
• Based on the understanding of customer's needs and expectations, review the service price and manage price negotiations to ensure the assigned target.
• Self-management to ensure sign contract on time.
• Translate portfolio targets into self-plan; develop sales action plan based on expiry dates of existing and new contract, follow up, timely send out documents to clients such as quotation, letter of reminding, letter of notice and strictly prevent lost case
* Education: University degree
