- Build and leverage a network to source new opportunities and maintain competitor awareness so as to ensure that the market place is adequately covered by the sales and service teams.
- Conduct periodic monitoring of accounts receivables and coordinate with Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and prompt collection of overdue debts.
- Keep abreast of new updates of products and services so as to identify and target potential customers.
- Develop business plan for the area jointly with CM and RMs, implement and thereafter monitor periodic sales performance based on agreed targets and take appropriate action to ensure the performance stays on track.
- Lead the Sales Team in an area for the entire selling process of identifying customers, creating demand and capturing orders by building relationships and formulating product and service solutions and specifications based on customers&039; needs.
- Conduct periodic performance appraisals for the staff, provide on-time feedback to improve staff performance, identify the skills and knowledge required by the staff to perform their assigned tasks, and provide appropriate training opportunities to acquire these.
- Review quotations and tenders, negotiate terms and approve all commercial terms of offer and order, coordinate closely with "across-country functions" like Project, Installation and back office team.
- Liaise with customers to understand issues and problems, work with the team in coming up with solutions so as to build and maintain long-term relationship with customers.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by the Sales and Service Teams according to set standards.
- Liaise with Regional teams on product specifications, technical queries or issues related to engineering designs.
- Plan, organize and monitor the achievement of goals by all sales and service personnel so as to ensure the Area&039;s budgets for orders received, sales, expenses and profitability are met.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Mechanical/
Automation Engineer or related fields; Good in English
- Years of experience: at least 10 years working experience, priority for working experience in foreign companies in fields: Sales, Service at golf; construction sites with minimum 05 years in supervisor/management level.
- Must be highly mobile in work.
- Ability to liaise with customers, main-contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers (local and overseas).
- Independent, able to travel to different province and station for a few weeks on site as and when required.
