Core Responsibilities:
• Deliver workplace projects by following LEGO project model, drive project from end to end, from conceptualisation, business requirements, mobilization, lease, design, procurement to execution on sales offices.
• Ensure project execution in compliance with LEGO standards, processes, and local regulations.
• Understand and develop business needs and support project sponsor to secure approval.
• Secure internal resources with functional managers (Procurement, IT, Legal, Security, Design, LEGO Ways of Working) to implement project within matrix organization.
• Work closely with procurement in external vendor sourcing and contract review process, ensure they are fully aligned with current compliance standards.
• Ability to frequently support projects on-site in VSIP3 - Binh Duong.
• Mobilize and build project team to achieve project objective and results efficiently and effectively.
• Lead project scope, cost, timeline, risk, quality, resources to ensure overall performance is in line with business needs.
• Lead LEGO® Manufacturing Vietnam&039;s fit out design and
project management.
The senior
project manager will play a crucial role in management of LEGO Workplace Experience and Future Factory concept. The incumbent will be part of the global with designers and
project managers, support the LMV Project Program Lead in Vietnam, to ensure the factory comes to life and provide an outstanding workplace experience. There will be a close collaboration with PO&D and the Global Workplace location strategy to ensure we support the LEGO Group in the growth strategy. Moreover this role will also ensure the current leases are well handled.

Do you have what it takes?
• Solid understanding of all the fields of Project Management and strong driver within all areas.
• Able to understand all workstreams within IT, Security, Workplace experience, portfolio management, real estate.
• High degree of flexibility as we are working across time zones and countries. Some travel must be encouraged.
• Able to navigate at all levels of the organization and connect with different collaborators, not afraid to speak their ideas.
• Prefer to have Bachelor's degree in project management, architectural design, interior architect or with equivalent working experience.
• Experience with vendor management and budget control.
• 5-8 years' project management experience preferably with workplace projects, prior experience in design project management of extraordinary, fit out projects. E.g. 5* hotels, luxury boutiques, high end brand retail shops, ...
• Proficient in MS office suite, certified PMI PMP project manager is preferred.
• Good command of English and interpersonal competencies
• Creative and energetic mentality
