● Author early-stage use-case requirements
● Troubleshoot and provide solutions to technical errors and technology misconfiguration
● Integrate Antsomi CDP 365 platforms into other marketing technologies including: Website, App,
Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SMS, Email, Zalo, Whatsapp, Viber, Web push, App push
● Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
● Coordinate with Antsomi CDP 365 subject matter experts and clients on specific campaign details
● Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
● Develop Marketing Automation strategies for key agency clients
● Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Antsomi CDP 365 such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
● Work with
Account Manager to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance with related on-going tasks. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
● Research, test and apply best practices to improve marketing automation performance
● Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team with proven ability to define and act upon data-driven insights
● Build, test, and approve journey using Antsomi CDP 365 templated editors
