In this role, the Senior Legal Officer will be responsible for providing professional support and legal advice to the transaction, legal compliance and operation of the company, safeguarding the company interest and guaranteeing the company's compliance with the laws and regulations.
- Monitor the law changes and offer suggestions to legal compliance of the company.
- Propose legal advice, consult for company&039;s activities and requests.
- Analyze issues and estimate risks strategically, providing legal advice for the management and business departments consideration.
- Update new legal documents, prepare reviews of company procedures in different fields.
- Deal with the disputes with third parties and protect the company interest.
- Company registration and license application
- Work with local and central State Agencies, Police ... regarding the company&039;s activities.
- Perform other jobs under the requests of company.
- Maintain the relationship with external parties, such as external
legal counsels, regulators and clients.
- Review and draft contracts, mitigate the legal risk and protect the company contractual interest.
- More than 5 years working experience in international companies or reputation law firms. ICT industry experience is a plus.
