Scope of work:
- Make plans and train fresher & junior devs and improve their skills.
- Analyze project's context and provide technology solutions based on requirements from the product team.
- Use appropriate databases for every service and can sync data across DB servers.
- Review code and merge code.
- Improve/define
project architectures for all API/Data services.
- Work with PM to analyze tasks and assign appropriate tasks to appropriate dev members.
- Analyze all services of the platform and recognize security risks and provide solutions to fix them.
- Can work with Back-end
technical leader position.
Nice to have:
- gRPC framework.
- Have knowledge of Go programming language.

Min 4 years of back-end development skills.
- Experience with web security.
- Strong with Java programming language for
web development (Spring framework), and have experience to build a service with high speed and higher availability, willing to learn and build services with Golang.
- Experience with OAuth (SSO).
- Experience with Git.
- Good experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, and other DBs.
- Have experience with Service-Oriented Architecture and Microservices.
- Experience with AzureDevOps (nice to have AWS).
- Experience with Agile.
