General Description:
This position is responsible for:
- Doing inhouse sales duty to develop new SME customers
- Managing the correspondence between Sales team and their clients
- Supporting the Sales Team and Clients to link with the Operation
Specific Accountabilities:
Sales Support:
- Checking and negotiating for competitive cost with Pricing team
- Providing quotation and solution to Sales team and customers in due time
- Following up to get approval of quotation and solution from customers
- Providing SOP and Shipping Instruction to Operation team
- Coordinating with Sales team to prepare SOP
- Receiving and analyzing inquiries from Sales team / customers
- Contacting customers and prospects to arrange appointments for Sales team
- Preparing service contract and cred
it application if any
- Supervising Operation team to ensure the whole process is handled smoothly
- Communicating with customers on Sales team's behalf (shipment status update,
- Assisting Sales team with daily tasks
dealing with claims, payment process and other related issues)
- Proactively noticing Sales team of any potential opportunities, potential customers
- Proactively noticing Sales team of any problems likely to affect
customer relationships
Inhouse Sales:
- Research markets to find potential SME Customers.
- Making tele-sales & other Inhouse activities to win the owned customers.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prefer 2 years of experience in forwarding/ logistics companies
- Bachelor of Foreign Trade/ Economics
