Business Performance Analysis:
- Collect sales records and trends to analyze, evaluate performance against sales target based on performance metrics, tools, and dashboards to identify the channel issues and highlight areas of improvement.
- Conduct performance and sales team behavior analysis to support effective design of The PRUVenture's incentives and compensation.
- Ensure all Cross-sell/ Up-sell/ Farming opportunities are optimized.
- Analyze sales and performance records and interpret results of overall sales to make further data-driven decisions with the purpose of maximizing business performance.
Data and Reporting Management:
- Utilize data tools to produce relevant daily, monthly, quarterly sales reports and other reports requested by management.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the PRUVEnture and other distribution channels.
- Collaborate with other team to manage and drive system data (sales, manpower, productivity, etc).
Other tasks and projects as assigned by managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
Educational background and professional experience:
- At least 3 years' experience in Performance Management/Data Analysis roles.
- University Degree, preferably in Finance/Economics and other related fields.
- Relevant experience in
Insurance, Banking and Finance.
Competencies:
- Developed analytical skills with ability to work effectively with data and numbers.
- Advanced
Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Ability to employ complex analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information.
- High standards of quality and accuracy.
