WHAT DOES A SUCESSFL SALES OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE LOOK LIKE?
Optimise and enhance sales processes, funnels, and performance
-Manage and optimise internal and external systems (FreshSales, FreshDesk, Infor Portal, HubSpot, etc.) - to ensure clear and effective communication between the sales team, vendors, other departments, and clients
-Acquire a strong understanding of the sales process, minimise frictions to enable frontline sales team to sell more efficiently
-Create a plan to enhance and manage renewals of software and relevant services
-Support the administration process for major accounts
-Maintain the procurement process and manage contract records and all relevant sales documentation
-Build and propose new ideas for Sales Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and Processes and ensure all stakeholders align with those SOPs and processes
-Track and analyse key metrics, including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment; and monitor weekly or monthly reports (Sales pipeline, Sales Target, Dashboard, etc.).
-Monitor the sales funnel and track operational metrics from start to finish; deliver regular insights; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for
sales management-Track data and provide analysis complete with recommendations and insights to stakeholders to improve performance
Collaborate internally and cross-departmentally
-Develop and host Learning and Development activities to engage Sales team
-Liaise between
Sales and Marketing-Onboard, train, and mentor new sales team members
-Assist Sales leaders and managers in interpreting sales data to make more informed decisions

WHAT YOU NEED?
-Advanced Excel skills with a understanding of data analysis and management, CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and
email marketing-Good command of English (IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL iBT 93/ TOEIC 800 or above)
-A goal-oriented individual who is also adaptable to rapid changes and actively seeks to solve problems
-Proficient in creating reports, optimising processes, analysing data, and managing dashboards
-1-2 years of experience in sales operations
-Experienced and comfortable with documentation and dealing with vendors
-A Bachelor&039;s degree is required; a background in technology or business-related fields is a plus
-A passion for relationships management & an innate drive to innovate and maximise the available resources
-Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes, have an interest in researching and developing systems and technical processes
-Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
-Experienced working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
