*Position Overview
Regional Sales Manager will help take over managing existing and newly acquired accounts. They will be tasked with outreach to new and existing accounts to secure orders, re-orders and provide detailed
customer service. Regional Sales Manager must conduct market research and have a strong understanding of trends and needs of each of their accounts to consistently develop and pitch new products, resulting in sales. This position will report to the Sales Manager.
*Job Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
• Execute orders from start to finish - develop and offer product to buyers, produce product specification photo offers, secure orders, coordinate and follow through on production, track invoicing and follow up with buyer post - delivery.
• Manage assigned existing retailer accounts.
• Assist with planning, designing & executing all aspects of annual trade shows, booking appointments and securing meetings with buyers.
• Develop and present product decks to existing and potential customers.
• Work with Management to identify and conduct outreach to new key accounts.
• Manage
product development/order fulfillment through customer&039;s EDI portals.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 3-5 years of experience working in sales and
account management, ideally for a home décor or furniture company.
• Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite experience preferred.
• Excellent Organizational, Interpersonal and Communication skills (written & verbal) to perform all aspects of role (accounts, orders, fulfillment, payment).
• Experience planning and working at trade shows and representing the company at industry events.
• Excellent Communications skills within all levels of the company.
• Ability to travel for sales meetings both Domestically and Internationally.
• Proactively reach out and follow up with prospective and existing accounts to push sales forward and update all accounts with new product development.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time constraints and deadlines in a fast - paced environment.
• Strong ability to take initiative when working alone as well as being a team player.
