Job description:
Manage the sales pipeline with strategy of action plans, provide appropriate training and work closely with Center.
Other tasks assigned by BOD.
Support to set up new centers..
Monitor and implement the center checklist daily.
Manage center operation budget & responsible to control budget effectively.
To be in charge of Centers' KPIs and Operations.
Lead the Sales team to reach and exceed very challenging targets.
Manage and improve center performance. Be a Center Manager when needed, especially to fix the underperformance centers.
Support Marketing Department to plan and implement local Marketing at centers to achieve sales target.
Oversee and audit completion of all center's
administration. Facility and safety management.
Research market competitor, analyses & provide market knowledge training to Sales teams. Contribute ideas to BOD in bringing new products trend for market best fit.

Experience: minimum 2 years as
Sales Manager / Center Manager in education industry and overall 5 years in sales.
Education level: University or higher. Major in Business Administration or equivalent.
Gender: Male/Female
Good command of English.
Age: 27 - 35
