Vacuum wall covering and chairs.
Vacuum, spot clean and shampoos carpets.
Delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
High dusts ceiling, lights and air-condition ducts.
Reports repair and maintenance work.
Ensure carpets are stained free.
Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.
Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
Ensures all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Collects supplies from general store.
Maintains the cleanliness of public and back-of-the house areas.
Sweeps mops and polishes floors.
Reports lost and damaged items.
Replenishes toiletries as necessary.
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Minimum 12 months of prior experience as a Public Attendant.
High school or equivalent education required.
