At its core, Project Manager will play a critical role in the delivery of company projects. Project team is responsible for defining and maintaining standards for
project management within the organization deliver results. The primary goal of a Project Manager is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management processes, policies and methods.
To excel in this role, you should have extensive project management experience, be a natural problem solver, able to draw inferences from process details and link these inferences to the company big picture. You will have a deep understanding of Project management methodologies, Project planning, Milestone management and effective at managing change at speed. Above all, you are an excellent communicator, a great teammate and a people&039;s person who continuously goes above and beyond to deliver impact for the project team and the company as a whole.
Your new adventure will include:
Project planning and execution: planning, designing, executing and monitoring every aspect of a specific project. This includes identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs of the project.
Reuse Project Learning and Knowledge: The PMO enables team efficiency by facilitating knowledge transfers between departmental project teams. It makes project plans, reviews, templates, and documentation widely available to concerned members, saving time and costs that would have otherwise gone into rework. Rather than reinventing the wheel, project teams can not only shorten their learning curve but can also get more work off the ground from the organizational knowledge being shared.
Forecast and Enable Resource Capacity Planning: In a dynamically changing business environment, it is critical for a PMO to forecast and get real-time foresight into project resourcing. So that the PMO can take corrective actions ahead of time.
Project Lead: lead specific project when assigned
Streamline and Automate Processes and Workflows: As an integral part of performance improvement, PMO streamlines various project management processes and methodologies.
Provide Management Reports: centralize information and deliver it to the right stakeholders. It is to ensure that the management makes informed and timely decisions for the success of the project.
Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication: Ensure that there is an efficient framework for seamless team collaboration and communication among team members.
Establish Project Governance Structure: establishes a project governance framework to have a structured approach to govern the projects. It involves various stakeholders like team members,
project managers, project sponsors, investors, clients, etc. These stakeholders have well-defined roles, responsibilities, and decision-making capacities.
Plan and Schedule Resource Efficiently: ensures that the right resources are allocated to the right project at the right time.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Experience:
Experience in building change capability in an organization including developing relevant processes, tools and frameworks
Proven experience of leading or working within a project, program or portfolio management office function
Experience creating and providing performance related data to a range of stakeholders and audiences in an easily digestible format.
Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders on complex projects
Knowledge:
Excellent collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide insightful and visual reporting
Ability to facilitate effective workshops and present to senior leaders with impact.
Strong understanding of project management and service improvement methodologies e.g. agile, waterfall, Six Sigma, Lean
Understanding of strategic portfolio management, with the ability to add value at a strategic level and scrutinizing the detail of project delivery
Skills/ Qualifications, having:
Bachelor/Master's degree in Business
Administration, Economics, Statistics, Math or related field
DAVSC qualification would be a huge advantage
Change Management and process improvement qualifications would be an advantage
Project Management qualifications e.g. PMP or Prince2 is referable
