Implement process control and optimization in order to achieve agreed set targets as kiln production rate, electrical consumption, outlined in Dialog
▪ Coordinate with other department to solve daily operational issue
▪ Evaluation process through Kiln/cooler Heat balance and Mills B-level audit
▪ Conduct process measurements (gas flow, temperature/pressure profile, false air...)
▪ Analysis process/quality data to find optimum parameter for operation.
▪ Implement process modification/improvement for kiln/mills system.
▪ Review and update work instruction for department
To have the value contribution to achieve Shutdown objectives
▪ Monitor and control work safety, quality and schedule, materials consumption.
▪ Commissioning system after shutdown
▪ Supervise and control work progress in kiln shutdown.
▪ Implement shutdown action log for filling gaps found from AAR.
▪ Join in kiln shutdown planning. Focus process tasks to be implemented.
Administration▪ Follow up and tracking individual KPIs to meet the targets.
▪ Monthly kiln performance report in production review meetings
▪ Substitute process engineers or shift leader when required
Educational Qualifications
▪ Capability to communicate fluently in English (TOEIC 500 or equivalent)
▪ Diploma in mechanical /
electrical engineering
▪ Computer skills: MS office.
