What will you do?
• Maintain tooling database via Vendor Tooling Management.
• Buy off new tools, keep all related document and establish the maintenance plan
• Continuously monitor execution of projects
• Ensure the robustness of our parts and tooling developed
• Define needs of new tool (renewal, capacity, productivity, localization) in each year and review quarterly
• Provide
technical support to the factories
• Launch tools with technical and financial study then follow up according to the needs and schedule
• Follow tool condition and perform tooling appraisal periodically
• Support CS&Q, SCM, Production, Technical and Purchasing team for tooling aspects
• 2 years in metal stamping tool making/operation or part fabrication process, Surface treatment and Heat Treatment, Automation
• Stamping tool management skills, Material selection, Engineering drawing (ISO8015), Tooling issue solving skill, Stamping tool structure
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Tooling, Manufacturing,
Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent
• Component cost structure, Mechanical Design,
Continuous improvement and Kaizen
