What you will do
Reporting into the Chief Experience Officer, the MX Director, across a number of our locations, will:
- Directly manage all Dreamplex locations and location teams, including hiring, onboarding, managing, motivating and ensuring the performance of the Group Manager, Member Experience, Member Experience Managers ("MXMs") and Member Experience Leads ("MXLs")
- Cultivate and maintain a mutually supportive working relationship with landlords and other operating partners
- Be the lead for launching new Dreamplex locations - ensuring that the Member Experience perspective is represented from the first conversation with potential landlord partners, to the design process, to pre-launch operations preparation, pre-launch marketing, and sales ramp-up
- Oversee the Q1 2023 priority of overhauling all elements of the MX system including standardization of job descriptions and titles, pay and compensation, training &
development, implementation of a member retention-focused bonus program and more
- Lead a MX Support resource to support MXMs and MXLs in seamlessly onboarding, supporting, troubleshooting and offboarding members and member companies from their first to last day, and be the escalation point for complaints, and oversee service recovery procedures
- Manage or liaise with Operations team members to ensure the performance of location support functions such as cleaning, maintenance, IT, safety and security,
landscaping,
purchasing, vendor management, etc
