Part II: Key Accountabilities
The Marketing Team Head plays ownership role to plan and execute marketing activities to support well to the business, to the whole Department and Division's goals achievement.
Part II: Job Summary
His/her key accountabilities include:
- Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences
- Other assigned tasks
- Take leading role to develop variety of marketing plans including product launches, brand development, market activation, business expansion, sales and transactions growth - that provide added value which is suited to customers' needs as well as interests
- Be the successor for the Head of Brand & Marketing Department to ensure business continuity
- Ensure that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
- Collaborate with different stakeholders within Division, such as Brand & Communications Team, Digital Department and other Divisions to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities including defining success criteria, measuring effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results - Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies through market reports, market surveys and customers insight analysis.
- Design, lead and directly execute Integrated
Marketing Communications campaigns across a variety of channels - internal and external, to help achieve business results

Part III: Job Specification / Possible Profile
Education background
Bachelor degree in Marketing/Banking/Prof Comm./MarCom/Media/International Relations or related field
Minimum Experience
At least 3 years working experience in:
(+) Secondary: Channel marketing (Trade/Merchandising/Physical branding/Activation/Promotion) and/or PR/integrated advertising

(+) Primary: Marketing Communications or Corporate Communications
Knowledge, Competencies, Skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Good understanding and knowledge of marketing communications and research
- "Can do" attitude, creative thinking and ownership spirit
- Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Good knowledge on various aspects of marketing, including
product marketing,
brand marketing, marketing communications and PR
- Good understanding and practices of marketing mix, integrated marketing concepts, marketing planning
- Have execution capabilities - engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process etc.
- Be able to multi-task and adhere to timelines
