Digitization:
- Develop and manage related sales (mobile) applications to support distribution system.
- Manage and develop DMS system from user's requirements.
- Key in charge of rolling out DMS Project for distributors nationwide.
- Analyze ROI and investment impact of DMS.
Distributor Management:
- Manage the budget assigned and control the expenses effectively.
- Execute Distributor Evaluation base on Scorecard Criteria.
- Closely work and well collaboration with Trading Cos regarding to C1 programs.
- Weekly Stock Update per C1 and making report to relevant stake holders.
- Develop performance KPIs dashboard of Distributors.
Distributor Development:
- Distributors performance and mapping of distributor area channel coverage.
- Lead & monitor the Distributor Development Team at Trading companies.
- Develop the Improvement Plan per C1 and monitor the execution.
- Develop C1, C2 program, trade customer
database management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in relevant major (Business Administration, Economics, etc.).
- Skilled in setting and reviewing performance Distributor's KPIs dashboards, deployment strategies, guidelines, budget and expenditures, sales targets, operating standards for Distributors.
- At least 5 years work experience in Distributor Management with 3 years experience in Beer or Alcohol business.
- Good computer skills - Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Good
English speaking, listening, writing and excellent interpersonal skills in Vietnamese.
- Can start work immediately.
- High sense of responsibility and proactive working attitude.
- Dynamic, solution-oriented problem solver.
- Can work independently and as a team-player and under high pressures.
