Mô tả công việc
• Filing legal documents of Company;
• Working with authorities;
• Drafting the internal documents of Company such as Power of attorney, Decisions of Managements, fire safety records...;
• Reviewing contracts on
purchasing, service, leasing, building... and other related documents in Vietnamese and English;
• Participating in the study of legal issues for the Company&039;s projects;
• Other tasks as assigned by
Country Manager• Business contracts and processes
• Connecting with legal supplier, reviewing the applications and following with supplier about the procedure for establishing new outlet;
• Supporting for other departments on legal matters.
• Ensuring that the Company's activities are in compliance with laws and internal regulations;
• Preparing the dossier, carrying out the procedures for establishing the enterprises/ branches/ business locations; registering, notifying the changes in the business registration contents of the enterprises/ branches and outlet licenses;
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
• 3 years experiences
• Fluent in English
• Good attention to details, positive, willing to learn
• Bachelor/Diploma degree in Law
• With a strong sense of responsibility, healthy and positive working attitude, good professional ethics and language, writing skills
