1-LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (L&D)
• Continuously improving the onboarding/orientation process, and collaborating with HRBP to ensure the onboarding journey for new hire/new promoted employees (supervisory/managerial level);
• Evaluating the learning efficiency and following up the returns on investment in learning;
• Coordinating the performance management cycle (Goal setting, Mid-year check-in, Year-end review); reviewing and taking initiatives year-on-year to improve the process;
• Leading training/learning needs analysis process and develop full-year learning plan on business acumen, soft skills, leadership skills and executing the plan thereof;
• Driving talent review and succession planning processes; collaborating with HRBP to follow up on development plans for key roles and key talents;
• Developing and delivering internal learning on areas of expertise;
• Monitoring, managing L&D activities within approved budget;
• Co-ordinating/Supporting the Technical
Training Manager to continuously improve the quality of technical training/learning materials; sourcing, evaluating and selecting external training/learning vendors to meet the learning needs;

COMMUNICATION & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
• Leading other employee engagement events such Plant/Company event (Townhall,..), etc.
• Leading internal communication
• Being the Country lead for Global Employee Survey: coordinating with regional team and local Engagement Champion and HR team to facilitate the survey in Vietnam; delivering training to Managers on Engagement; and collaborating with HRBP to follow up with Leadership team on engagement improvement plan
OTHERS
• At request from the Manager/management team from time to time
