Develop short, mid and long-term strategic commercial plans, including strategies for partnership
development and innovative revenue streams.
Identify trends, partnership/co-brand opportunities to improve the customer value pro
position and prepare proposals for partnership negotiation to form the basis of partnership agreements. Identify industry trends and sponsorship partner needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.
Researching organizations and projects, developing quotes and proposals for partners. Increasing the value of current partners while attracting new ones.
Working with the Product, Data & Analytics, and
Marketing to boost partner program performance and drive value proposition to partners.
Oversight of monthly invoice reconciliation and payment process, including accruals - to and from partners.
Provide leadership and direction to the team toward the achievement of goals and objectives. Guide and motivate teams to enhance performance and produce quality work and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher-level roles.
