We are look for for 3 positions in C&B Team:
HR Officer (Payroll) is responsible for successful implementation of following tasks:
• Assist
team leader with monthly payroll and PIT calculation for employees;
• Collect and calculate employee's other incomes for PIT calculation purpose
• Participate in
development of software for payroll. • Perform other tasks assigned by Team Leader
• Ensure PIT provisional withholding and finalization are conducted accurately and timely in accordance with PIT law, issue PIT certificate.
• Assist leader with PIT finalization as required
• Work closely with Accounting team to analyze, reconcile PIT numbers
• Ensure the accuracy and timely PIT payment to Tax Department.
HR Officer (Time Attendance Management) is responsible to:
- Work with Payroll team in Accounting in terms of salary calculation based on attendance and overtime
- Checking attendance of NSRP employees by comparing with security system and working schedule
- Answer questions of employees related with attendance and overtime
- Perform other tasks/ projects as assigned by C&B Leader
- Coordinate with relevant departments and PICs under instruction of C&B Leader to check working shift schedules to ensure that shift arrangement complies with the law
- Checking overtime of all employees to ensure that overtime is complied with the law and company policies - Assist C&B Leader in developing and checking system to record attendance of employees in the whole company
- Clarify overtime and attendance of employees with departments to record on the system accurately
- Make overtime and attendance report as required and report to C&B Leader on a timely basis
- Assist C&B Leader to revise and develop procedures and manuals to manage attendance and overtime in the company
HR Officer (Insurance and Leave) is responsible to:
- Work with Payroll team in Accounting in terms of insurance calculation based on increase/decrease record - Record insurance data on the system
- Assist C&B Leader in developing system to record leave of employees in the whole company - Make leave and insurance report as required and report to C&B Leader on a timely basis
- Work with Insurance Department to record increase/decrease insurance contributions
- Clarify leaves of employees with departments to approve on the system accurately
- Handle insurance issues and support employees matters related to insurance
- Coordinate with relevant departments and PICs under instruction of C&B Leader to check leaves
- Perform other tasks/ projects as assigned by C&B Leader.
- Assist C&B Leader to revise and develop procedures and manuals to manage leave in the company
- Answer questions of employees related with leave and insurance
- Checking leave (Unpaid Leave, Annual leave, Marriage Leave, Maternity Leave,...) of NSRP employees to ensure that these leave days are complied with the company policies and the law
Specialty/Qualification :
Experience of working or liaising with international company / organizations
Proven experience in Payroll, PIT Calculation for foreign employees, time attendance management, social insurance & leave management
Skills :
Excellent leadership skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Labor Law, PIT Law knowledge
Strong problem solving skills;
Other working skills such as planning, reporting is preferred
Good
english communication skills, including cultural sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information
Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
