- Ensure HR software data system is updated timely, accurately and effectively.
- Manage and develop the
human resources team, ensure that the
human resource work is carried out smoothly and effectively.
- Completing the Company&039;s system of policies, procedures, and human resource forms to be compatible with the Group&039;s policies, procedures, and human resources forms.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc Human Resources reports as required by the Company and the law.
- Proposing and contributing to the
continuous improvement of the Company&039;s human resources activities in order to optimize the budget, and at the same time help the Company comply with laws and human resource standards.
- Build and maintain a system of personnel records, ensuring records are stored carefully, confidentially and easy to use
- Guiding and coordinating the implementation of the Company&039;s recruitment strategy to attract human resources to meet the Company&039;s production and business requirements.
- Closely contacting and coordinating with departments in the Company, the Group and the competent authorities so that the Company can get maximum support in human resource work.
- Guiding and coordinating the implementation of the Company&039;s Training and Development strategy to develop employees to meet the Company&039;s production and business requirements
- Guiding and coordinating the implementation of the Company&039;s Salary Welfare strategy in order to attract and retain human resources to meet the Company&039;s production and business requirements.
