- I facilitate team members' satisfaction & work on relevant activities to increase the happiness and retain talents.
- I promote the Company culture my team and the spirit of "team of teams". I support other activities initiated by People team to implement in partnering team.
- I utilize smart channels to attract the right talents to the team, support team in offering and follow-up them for a good integration.
- I ensure human management practices are in compliance with company policy.
- I do the mapping of soft & management competencies to boost Career
development of team-mates.
- I accompany and advice
Team leaders to ensure the principle of Total Rewards package (REM) is applied in the team.
- I work with the team on human planning and the development of management of tomorrow. (succession planning).
- I coordinate with relevant parties for the best co-building, implementation, sharing and also the improvement of all the HR strategies, policies, processes and solutions of my team as a part of the Company.
- I accompany the team for necessary changes of organizational structures, policies and processes...
- I develop the autonomy in human management of Team Leaders with support but also high demanding level.
- I provoke and facilitate changes of the team.
- I take care of employee relation with win-win approach for both teammates and company.
