To be responsible for the creative process from conceptualization to execution:
- Taking part in brainstorming with the project team to produce ideas for product branding aligned with brand concepts.
- Working with suppliers for production visual quality
- Other duties as assigned by the
Account Manager or Country Director
- Art consulting (giving new opinions, and ideas for new trends).
- Be comfortable with clients and capable of attending meetings and advising on issues
- Releasing final artwork and technical drawing before production.
- Preparing the design layout based on the agreed creative brief.
- Adapting key visuals for packaging, product branding, presentation, catalogs
- Assists team create proposals to the client, including preparations of mockups and related graphics and information
- Making quick sketches to visualize the layout before designing.
- Advertising design (Branding on products, Printed Material, POSM, Activation booths, packaging, digital banner...).
- Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest design techniques
KPI&039;s:
The primary indicator will be:
- Proof of creativity, up-to-date knowledge of design trends and visual culture
Secondary indicators will include:
- Accuracy of completion of duties
- Clear, concise communications internally and externally
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of
product development and design for international brands would be preferred
- Creative with a good sense of design trends and visual culture
- Fluent in English
- Experience with 3D rendering is plus
- Experience working with
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design and MS Office
